On weekends and holidays, individual appointments can be made for swab collection at a specified time. Contact us in advance by phone (+48 724 588 772) or email (biuro@medplanet.pl).

Price for single PCR test: 250 PLN.
Price for single rapid antigen test: 100 PLN
A discount is possible for larger groups.

Two hours before your swab collection:

Do not drink (including water)
Do not eat
Do not brush your teeth (also by mouthwash)
Do not chew gum or smoke
Do not rinse or blow your nose

Remember to have your passport or ID card with you for the examination.

Test result with QR code will be available in Polish and English language (depending on your demand)
